The app works on any modern phone. For everything to look and behave the way it was designed:
- Android — Chrome, kept up to date
- iPhone — iOS 14.5 or newer
- Computer — Chrome, Edge or Safari, kept up to date
On an older phone the app still works and you can still submit your claims. Some things simply look plainer — for example you will see Edit and Delete buttons on each claim instead of sliding the claim sideways to reveal them.
Your device
If something is not working, screenshot this section and send it to Finance. It tells us what to look at.
Seeing an old version?
If the app looks wrong after an update, your phone may be showing a saved copy. Close the tab completely and open it again.
On Android Chrome you can also pull down on the page to refresh it.
